Here is my most recent list of things I am loving at this moment....

• Loreal Double Extend Beauty Tubes Mascara

• Benefit Bad Gal Lash in Plum (when I feel like mixing it up)

• Clinique Superbalanced Powder Makeup (great to balance out oily/combo skin and is pretty sheer plus the top shaves off what you need and leaves the rest solid!)

Bath and Body Works - Coconut Lime Verbena (shower gel, lotion, body spray)

• iphone - how did I manage without it? (sorry blackberry)

• Summer Summer Thai Eatery's Pad Thai (one block from my office...dangerous)


• Sanford Expresso Extra Fine Pens (I went with Pilot V Ball extra fine for a while, but am back)
• FAGE total 0% fat Greek Yogurt (always have loved it, but now the large one is on sale at Whole Foods Market!)
  

Rest In Peace ML2

I have been avoiding this post, probably because I am at a loss for words. I have to make it though, because I feel it is another way of healing I guess. I got a call at work from my sister on Friday, that my Aunt Mary passed away. Most of you, who know me in person, know how much I loved my Aunt Mary. She was the coolest lady ever. Super smart, very well read and sharp as a tack with incredibly extensive musical knowledge. The entire thing came as such a surprise and I think a lot of us are still in shock, especially those of us on the West Coast. Mary was only 60 years old, way too young to leave us so soon. This is about all I can write for now, I know I will be able to articulate my feelings better at a later date. Tim and I are leaving for Michigan on a red eye Wednesday and will be back on Tuesday. It will be nice to be with my family next weekend.

I Super Love Cher

Just watched the biography of Cher on A&E (this wasn't the first time I had seen this). After watching I immediately went on to the Internet to see how much tickets are to her farewell tour. I would literally fly to Vegas after work, see the show, stay near the airport overnight and fly back the next day and go back to work if I could swing it. The last show is at the end of April and I want to see it so bad!

Funny story is that I have the Best of Cher CD in my car and last time Tim's parents were here his Dad wanted to listen to it!

While online, I found this and had to "Cher" it with you...

You know, EVERYONE has a theme song, you know, a tune that plays when you enter a room and want to make a statement? Mine is "Half Breed" by Cher. I will never tire of that song.

10 Years!

This post is one week overdue - I have been super busy at work so, this post should have been on May 22.

Tim and I have been married now for 10 years! I can't believe how fast the time has gone by, it is incredible. I love him just as much today as the day I married him and maybe even more since I know him a lot better now - we only knew each other 6 months before taking the leap.
Here are TEN things I love about Tim:
1. He is super positive all the time
2. He is really funny and makes me laugh a lot
3. When I am freaking out, he tells me not to take it all so seriously - a good balance for me
4. He is a great dancer and loves anything dance related (just like me)
5. His faith in God
6. He is always up for an adventure (except for horseback riding, I am working on that one).
7. He is close with his family
8. He eats everything I make for him even if its bad he acts like it is great!
9. The way he plays with BayLee, they have their little routine in the morning and when he comes home from work.
10. He has supported my going to Vietnam 3 times to do humanitarian work and my Malta solo trip to find my family.

Things I Love right now...

• My time alone, not sure why, but I am loving being ALONE right now. Don't get me wrong, I love hanging out with Tim, but my brain is sending me signals to take some time for myself so I mind as well.
• My faith
  
• The smell of BayLee's head after a long day of sleeping in the sun - weird I know.
• Being able to make candy, my new love - English toffee covered in chocolate
• My super positive, supportive and handsome husband

• Knowing that my sister is back in the USA in less than a month
• Thinking about my parents coming out to visit in the fall and our trip to Mammoth together - Tim is coming with us this time!

• Looking at paint colors for our kitchen
• Cash Cab

• Indie pickle packs - I love pickles, great fat free snack. Now, if I could only get Olives like this I would be in heaven, blue cheese stuffed - I would pass out. I know there is too much packaging, but I love these
• Kiehl's Cryste Marine facial serum

• OPI Yoga-to-get-this from the new India line
• Anything that has to do with Olives, Olive, Oliveia, anything Olive related - all focus, prayers and positive thoughts are around LMO ((el-mo) Little Miss Olive) where ever she is please bring her to me.
