The Bee's Knees

Spring has sprung and here is my first bee photo of the season...

Anyone ever wonder where the phrase "bee's knees" came from? Here is a little explanation from various sources on the Internet.

A bee's "corbiculae", or pollen-baskets, are located on itstibiae (mid-segments of its legs). The phrase "the bee's knees",meaning "the height of excellence", became popular in the U.S. in the 1920s.
