Seasonal Fruit Crisp Breakfast Bowl

I made this the other day for breakfast and it was so good, I had to share it. I used a nectarine but think it would be great with any stone fruit this time of year. It tastes like dessert and could be used as that. You could even make it in parfait glasses or custard cups - how cute!

Seasonal Fruit Crisp Breakfast Bowl
1 Stone Fruit or whatever fruit is in season
1/2 -1 Cup Yogurt* Plain or Vanilla (however much you want, really)
1/2 Cup Granola cereal (your favorite kind)
1 Tbls. shredded coconut
1 pinch ground nutmeg (fresh is best)
1 pinch ground cinnamon

In a bowl layer ingredients in the following order; granola, yogurt, fruit, coconut and spices. If you need a little sweetness, add a fine drizzle of agave nectar, maple syrup or honey.
Make a cup of your favorite tea, sit near a sunny window and enjoy the beginning of your day.

*Wholesoy & Co. plain flavor is my favorite and made from organic soy beans to boot! It is not grainy like some of the other soy yogurts.

Remember, there are really no rules when it comes to what tastes good. Have fun, add some berries, banana or frozen fruit when you can find what you want in the fresh produce section. Add some nuts, seeds or whatever else you want, the options are endless.
