Gingerbread House

We had a Gingerbread House party today at the end of the work day. People that have kids, brought them to the office and everyone got to make a gingerbread creation out of the houses that a couple of my coworkers so lovingly assembled ahead of time. Basically, we all got to do the past part which is decorate the houses!

I made a Gingerbread Church with its own Priest!

Check it out...

Incredible!
Is that shredded mini wheat cereal? Maybe I should put this on our Christmas madness list to do with Frankie. Hmmm. . . do you eat afterward? I think he would want to! :)

Yes! Shredded Wheat roof. You can eat it afterwards, most kids do. When I was a kid we would get to eat ours after Christmas day, I think I turned out fine...haha! This house was made from a kit by Gianna's sold at Whole Foods Market. You just have to make the icing and buy the stuff to decorate it with.
Super fun - you should have seen all the kids at the office. Wish you lived closer, you could have come over.
XO.
