I know I showed what my journal looked like from the outside before I left here - this is a little peak of what it looks like inside. Of course I had to scibble out some of my writing as to keep some of my secrets to myself.

Totally spur of the moment. When I got the first spoon that is when I decided to save them. When I make these books it is a very organic process, I save things from the trip and just add it as I go so I never really know what will end up in there. I made notes of the flavor and added them with super sonic glue when I got home. These books are an evolving piece from the moment I pick the book to take apart to the moment I put the last thing in. You should see my Greece book, pretty cool too! XO- Katie
